As a Hotel Director Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Hotel Director in the daily organization of main duties, handling the information flow with appropriate priority.

• Collecting and sharing all necessary information about the cruise product, received from Shore side offices and all Shipboard Heads of Departments, with onboard management daily, as per Company procedures.
• Assisting and supporting the Hotel Director in daily organizational tasks.
• Drawing up the end-of-cruise report for key onboard positions and overseeing the publishing of all reports in the Company database.
• Preparing a daily recap of On-Board Revenue activities, Food costs, and seasonal targets assigned by the Company.
• Coordinating administrative issues efficiently (e.g., checking No-show Guests) according to Company policies.

WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE

The Onboard Future Cruise Sales Department seeks a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team! The requirements are:

• Completion of Secondary school.
• At least 6 months’ experience in hotels in similar positions (e.g., receptionist or customer service).
• Good command of English (at least B2 level) and another language (Italian, Spanish, French, or German at B1 level).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Availability to live and travel aboard a cruise ship for a 5-month contract, working 7 days a week.
