We are looking for a Milan-based Hotel Account Manager (all genders) responsible for optimizing the corporate hotel program (book ability & compliance, increasing corporate business) and analyzing and reporting KPIs for key hotel partners in the region.
As Hotel Account Manager, you will plan, implement, and execute strategies with hotel partners to boost revenue streams. You will act as a key interface between corporate customers and hotel partners, collaborating closely with the enterprise and procurement departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement Consulting & Supplier Solution Italy, you will manage and develop key hotel partner relationships.
