Position

We are looking for a Milan-based Hotel Account Manager (all genders) responsible for optimizing the corporate hotel program (book ability & compliance, increasing corporate business) and analyzing/reporting KPIs for key hotel partners in the region.

As Hotel Account Manager, you will plan, implement, and execute strategies with hotel partners to boost revenue streams. You will act as a key interface between corporate customers and hotel partners, collaborating closely with the enterprise and procurement departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement Consulting & Supplier Solution Italy, you will manage and develop key hotel partner relationships.

Challenge
  • Take full responsibility for hotel partner development in your region
  • Recommend platform products based on hotel needs
  • Describe platform benefits and uses to hotel partners
  • Communicate with hotel partners via in-person, phone, and email to understand their needs
  • Maintain knowledge of HRS Group's tech products and services
  • Establish and nurture relationships to facilitate sales
  • Analyze data to help hotel partners understand platform benefits
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as sales recording in CRM
  • Advise and train hotel partners on HRS systems and applications
Qualifications
  • Experience in solution selling; business studies degree advantageous
  • Commercially driven, data-minded with analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Dynamics
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and time management skills
  • Experience managing initiatives from start to finish
