A luxury resort in Como is seeking service staff to enhance the guest experience. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role within a luxury environment. Proficiency in English and Italian is essential. The position involves providing exceptional service and handling guest needs effectively.

Duties and responsibilities:
Demonstrate self-confidence and a high level of commitment when in service
Have a correct and conscious behavior with regards to guests, colleagues and the resort's property, reporting every suspicious circumstance to management
Provide excellent service at all times
Ensure that reservations are handled in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests courteously and efficiently
Set up tables as per the standard
Collect and update guests’ database
Organize the menus for each service and ensure that they are cleaned and in good condition, also checking the menus’ stock level
Present menus and wine lists, also assisting during service
Collect daily newspapers and set them up accordingly
Requirements:
Minimum 3-years experience in a similar position, preferably within the luxury environment
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
High standard of verbal communication, social skills and up-selling skills
Flexible and willing to work on evenings/weekends/holidays
Able to handle multiple tasks at once
