Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

1. Greet and welcome our Guests when they arrive at the restaurant, creating a personalised interaction as first step of their tailor made culinary experience, according to our standards and procedures;
2. Answer phone calls and manage the restaurant mail correspondence to book reservations;
3. Carry out final bill operations and cash management, when needed;
4. Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments;
5. Tailor your approach and anticipate needs so that high quality results are achieved;
6. Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile;
7. Consistently match and surpass guest expectations to ensure guest loyalty;
8. Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them;
9. Take ownership of own tasks and responsibilities in line with the departmental standards.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:

1. High personal and professional standards;
2. Knowledge of F&B management software (e.g. Quadranet);
3. Good instincts for understanding and fulfilling the needs of guests;
4. Good communication skills with colleagues and guests;
5. Proficiency in English at Intermediate level;
6. Professional experience in the same or similar role;
7. Valid HACCP certification;
8. Confidence and pride to resolve guest and workplace issues;
9. Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth;
10. Flexibility and keen attention to detail.
