A Hostess is responsible for making the guest feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting guests to sit, and giving them a warm send-off. The role involves providing the highest degree of guest satisfaction.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent guest and member experience.
• Have extensive knowledge of menu offerings and restaurant operations.
• Manage guest queries professionally and promptly.
• Follow correct reporting procedures for any issues faced.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Assist callers courteously, take accurate messages, and pass them on promptly.
• Be familiar with the restaurant's seating arrangements.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
