Gi Group Horeca, a specialization of Gi Group, an employment agency, is seeking for a prestigious company operating in the luxury restaurant sector in Milan a:

HOSTESS DI ACCOGLIENZA

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming clients, managing reservations, and providing telephone assistance.
• Managing the cloakroom.
• Guiding and escorting clients to their tables.
• Supporting cash operations.

We are looking for motivated, dynamic candidates passionate about the sector, eager to challenge themselves, capable of handling stressful situations and customer-related issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in high-end/fine dining contexts is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Offer:

• Fixed-term full-time contract (40 hours/week), working 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• Work schedule: Mixed shifts (including early and split shifts), e.g., 11:30-15:00 and 18:00-23:30 for split shifts, or 16:30-00:00/00:30 for continuous shifts.
• Gross annual salary: €24,500 - €25,500 (14 monthly payments), CCNL Turismo e Pubblici Esercizi.

Location: Milan city center.
