Nature and aim of the position

Refund Tax Free Forms at Merchant’s Forte Village (Cagliari) following Global Blue and Merchant’s guidelines and policies.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Tax Free Forms to international travellers
• Global Blue Ambassador
• Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers
• Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
• Prepare reports if necessary
• Observe Global Blue and Merchant’s policies, guidelines and procedures

Background and Education

• experience in face to face customer contact
• experience in managing tills
• retail or front office experience
• customer service experience

Specific skills and knowledge

• be fluent in English
• be dedicated to service and customer satisfaction
• be experienced in using office software
• be trustworthy to handle large amounts of cash
• have a clean criminal record
