Job Description

What you’ll do…

1. Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, from a warm Hox welcome to assisting with questions and requests.
2. Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate billing with no surprises.
3. Collaborate with all teams to ensure smooth operations and assist the restaurant team with bookings.
4. Answer phones, handle requests, and offer recommendations, serving as the main point of contact for guests.
5. Take reservations over the phone, process payments, and support the team on the floor.
6. Master the online reservation system, ensuring all reservation details are correctly entered.
7. Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions to exceed expectations.
