The Role

Join our Go-To-Market team as a Customer Technology Advisor. You will drive technology solutions, collaborate with partners, and demonstrate industry leadership through demos and presentations. You will support consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across sales, pre-sales, and delivery, working closely with customer and Kyndryl consult partners. Your technical expertise and certifications will help develop profitable deals and deliver value. You will identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, lead pre-sales processes, ensure quality and compliance, and build relationships with external partners to co-create solutions. This role offers an opportunity to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact on our customers and organization.

Who You Are

You are experienced, growth-minded, customer-focused, and inclusive. You possess deep domain knowledge in services and solutions, can translate technical insights into customer value, and hold certifications in areas like Application Data, AI, and Cloud. Preferred qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in selling technical services, designing large-scale data platform solutions, and knowledge of cloud architectures such as Azure, AWS, and Cloudera.
