Job Description:

Le Bar Louis Vuitton, in the heart of the most famous square of Taormina, is looking for a Hostess.

The ideal candidate has experience working in Italy, ideally in a resort, and will have a wealth of experience in the F&B field with excellent knowledge and attention to details in delivering excellence to our guests.

He/She should also be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner, accurately and efficiently handling all Bar reservations and table assignments, enhancing Le Bar Louis Vuitton's reputation for excellence.
• Take full ownership and accountability for the F&B Venue's booking and greeting operations.
• Maintain and update a departmental filing system as required, ensuring that documentation is easily accessible.
• Adhere to the company's procedures and rules.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure work is of the highest level.
• Establish high levels of participation during the pre and post-opening stages to set operational standards in line with international standards.
• Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching the job with the customers always in mind and being proactive promptly towards their needs and requests.
• Be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge to improve personal performance.
• Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including performing any tasks requested.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.

Qualifications & Experience (Competencies Required)

• Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* hotel.
• At least 1-year of experience at the same level.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hotel Management (desirable).
• Additional languages are desirable.
• Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
