Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome as they enter the restaurant Managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth guest flow in the dining area Providing accurate wait time estimates and managing the waitlist when needed Assisting guests with inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and answering any questions they may have Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and managing the overall ambiance of the dining area Supporting the team in maintaining Nusr-Et’s exceptional service standards for all guests
