• Answering the telephone and booking reservations
• Monitoring open dining sections for available and cleaned tables
• Estimating wait times and ensuring guest needs are met during wait

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Fluent in English and Italian; third language required, French preferred
• Basic knowledge of Italian gourmet cuisine
• Detail-oriented and guest care focused
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work tasks/environment
• Engaging character and passion for guest interaction
