Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is seeking a Freelance Hospitality Travel Planner & Coordinator Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Planning and coordinating travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations;
2. Arranging transportation, such as pickups and vehicle rentals;
3. Managing operational services: rooming lists, transfer lists, flight lists;
4. Preparing and managing cost estimates to ensure budget compliance;
5. Handling communications with participants and managing travel documentation;
6. Planning activities such as events, tours, visits, and dinners;
7. Resolving travel-related issues or changes;
8. Communicating with vendors and clients to secure arrangements;
9. Negotiating with suppliers and coordinating their services;
10. Providing customer service and assistance before and during travel or events.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Decision-making skills for quick problem resolution and negotiating best rates;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge of event budgeting and cost control;
• Ability to stay focused under pressure and adapt quickly to changes;
• Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
