Hospitality Operations Specialist - 20hrs / week

The great things you will do

Back Office Area

• Coordinate, supervise, and audit cleaning services to meet Líbere standards and timelines, ensuring smooth customer check-ins.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Track and oversee pending operational or maintenance tasks, coordinating with internal teams or external vendors as needed.

Administrative Area

• Manage stock orders and requests, ensuring all sites are well-equipped.
• Handle lost and found items securely.
• Review and process supplier invoices.
• Handle purchasing and obtain quotes.
• Manage laundry and amenities supplies for daily operations.

Customer Service Area

• Prioritize customer satisfaction by making their experience memorable—because a happy guest returns! : )
• Assist guests in person, online, and by phone with check-in, local information, and use of facilities.
• Serve as the main contact point between operations and guests, ensuring clear communication.
