A Day in the Life of a Media Search Analyst :

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments across diverse media categories, including music, video, and HomePod evaluations.
2. Analyze search outcomes for App Store Content and perform online research to assess query accuracy and intent, applying market expertise and provided guidelines to evaluate relevance and purpose.
3. Join us and contribute to a global tech leader! Our TELUS International AI Community is a vibrant network of over 1 million contributors worldwide, helping to build better AI models through content collection, enhancement, training, translation, and localization.

Qualifications:

• No prior professional experience required; candidates must pass a basic assessment.
• Must have an active Apple ID email and own an Apple device with experience using Apple products.
• Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Resident in Italy for at least one year, familiar with current media, business, sports, news, social media, and cultural trends in Italy.
• Interest and familiarity with internet research, applications, music, and video trends.
• Flexible to work on various task types, including maps, news, audio, and relevance assessments.
• Access to a broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software daily.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to new methodologies, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or higher preferred, but exceptional skills are considered.
