As Home Appliances BUILT IN - Key Account Manager (Retail Channel), you will implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share through a deep knowledge of business, products, and the retail channel in the Italian territory.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

Reporting directly to the Built-In Sales Director, you will execute the sales strategy to meet sales targets and expand market share by maintaining accurate sales forecasts and understanding the main sell-in / sell-out practices of the reference channel.

Main activities include:

  • Gaining market knowledge to capitalize on opportunities and boost sales.
  • Collaborating with other Built-In Key Account Managers to optimize LG's position across all sales channels.
  • Developing short- and long-term sales plans and forecasts, and creating sales strategies for assigned customers.
  • Serving as the key contact between customers and LG to facilitate information flow and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining awareness of market and competitor activities, customer trends, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring customers through accurate forecasting, sell-out data, budget control, and cost management.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Built-In Market role, with deep knowledge of the market.
  • Extensive experience in the Consumer Electronics market and retail channels.
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); Italian proficiency required for non-native speakers.
  • Proven success in proactive sales environments and account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving objectives.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work within a KPI-driven performance environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Effective time management and flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
