Job Description:

As Home Appliances BUILT IN - Key Account Manager (Retail Channel), you will implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share thanks to a deep knowledge of business, products, and retail channels in the Italian territory.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

Reporting directly to the Built In Sales Director, you will execute the sales strategy to reach sales targets and increase market share through accurate sales forecasting and knowledge of main sell-in/sell-out practices in the channel.

Your main activities will include:

  • Gaining market knowledge to leverage opportunities and increase sales.
  • Collaborating with other Built In Key Account Managers to optimize LG's position across sales channels.
  • Developing short and long-term sales plans and forecasts, and preparing strategies for assigned customers.
  • Acting as the key contact between customers and LG to facilitate communication and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market and competitor activity, customer trends, and providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Forecasting sales, managing sell-out data, budgets, and costs.
  • Building strong relationships with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar Built In Market role, with deep market knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in Consumer Electronics retail channels.
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English; Italian proficiency preferred for non-native speakers.
  • Proven success in proactive sales environments and account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and goal achievement capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work with KPIs in a performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Networking abilities and good relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management and flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country.
