Job summary

Marchesini Group is seeking an HMI Software Designer/Developer to join a technology-driven team focused on advanced industrial automation. You will design and develop HMI applications, enabling monitoring, data collection, and analysis across automated machines and plants.

You will participate in the full software lifecycle, from architecture through implementation of intuitive user interfaces, with emphasis on usability and system performance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Linux environments and software development.
• Experience designing and developing software applications.
• Competence in designing HMI applications.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency in C++ and Qt framework (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications for Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from architecture design to UI implementation and performance optimization.

Position

We are looking for an HMI Software Designer/Developer to join a technologically advanced environment focused on developing solutions for industrial automation.

The selected candidate will contribute to the design and development of software applications for Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), supporting the creation of innovative systems for monitoring, collecting, and analyzing data generated by automated machines and industrial plants.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with modern technologies and participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from application architecture design to the implementation of intuitive and efficient user interfaces, with a direct impact on user experience and system performance.

Availability for occasional short business trips is required.

Requirements
