Hiring - Production Workers!

Our client, a leading Food & Beverage company worldwide, is seeking Food Production Associates to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have food production experience, attention to detail, and be flexible to cross-train in various areas of the plant, aligning successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Food Production Associate

Location: Garland, TX

Pay Range: $13.00 per hour for all shifts (pay increase upon permanent employment with the company)

What’s the Job?

1. Assembly
2. Food handling
3. Cleaning according to sanitation guidelines
4. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs of product
5. Work in a cold environment of 38 to 42 degrees Fahrenheit

What’s Needed?

• No prior production experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in cold environments (38 to 42°F)
• Ability to stand, lift, and focus on attention to detail
• Proper PPE: steel-toed shoes/boots (no mesh)
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Teamwork mentality
