Huawei Technologies Italia S.r.l. develops advanced computational methods for high-speed interconnect analysis and optimization. You will create reusable workflows, EM models, and engineering software to accelerate hardware design in collaboration with signal integrity and hardware teams.

The role targets engineers with strong computational EM fundamentals who enjoy building robust methodologies over one-off analyses and who can contribute to long-term technical roadmaps.

Competenze

• Solid theoretical foundation in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Science, or related STEM field.
• Advanced degree and/or 5+ years of industrial or research experience.

Mansioni

• Develop computational electromagnetics methodologies for high-speed interconnect systems.
• Design numerical algorithms and reusable software tools.
• Build physics-based and reduced-order models, workflows, and automation pipelines.
