Job Responsibilities

Within the Global High Jewelry & High-End Watches (High-End) team, based in Rome, we are searching for a High-End Client Experience & Engagement Project Manager.

Reporting to the High-End Client Development Director, this role aims to coordinate the creation and implementation of innovative client experiences and engagement strategies, focusing on HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and VICs (Very Important Clients). The goal is to ensure excellence in planning unique Client Journeys and relationship-building activities.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support targeting strategies for client experiences, including proposing client lists in collaboration with markets and consolidating client profiles (qualitative and quantitative data).
  • Contribute to the design, planning, and coordination of exclusive high-end client experiences.
  • Identify and leverage client development opportunities to delight clients, ensuring client activations at key moments and locations.
  • Collaborate on the development of gifting programs for high-value clients.
  • Oversee the annual targets of the Client Journey plan (by market) and follow up with those who have not updated their activations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Heritage, Product Business Units, etc.) to ensure our clienteling is elevated and consistent across touchpoints.
  • Monitor competitors' activities related to client experiences and provide insights to enhance strategies.
  • Coordinate budget and contracts management.
Profile

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:

  • University degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 6-7 years working experience in a luxury environment.
  • Planning and Project Management capability; related certification will be considered a plus.
  • Good relational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
