High-End Client Experience & Engagement Project Manager

Join us to apply for the High-End Client Experience & Engagement Project Manager role at Bvlgari.

Within the Global High Jewelry & High-End Watches team, based in Rome, we are seeking a dedicated professional for this role.

Reporting to the High-End Client Development Director, this position is responsible for coordinating the creation and implementation of innovative client experiences and engagement strategies, focusing on HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and VICs (Very Important Clients). The role involves planning unique Client Journeys and relationship-building activities to ensure excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support targeting strategies for client experiences, including proposing client lists in collaboration with markets and consolidating client profiles (qualitative and quantitative data).
  2. Contribute to designing, planning, and coordinating exclusive high-end client experiences.
  3. Identify and leverage client development opportunities to delight clients, ensuring client activations at key moments and locations.
  4. Collaborate on developing gifting programs for high-value clients.
  5. Oversee annual targets of the Client Journey plan (by market) and follow up with those who have not updated their activations.
  6. Work with internal stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Heritage, Product Business Units, etc.) to ensure elevated and consistent clienteling across touchpoints.
  7. Monitor competitors’ activities related to client experiences and provide insights to enhance strategies.
  8. Manage budgets and contracts effectively.

Qualifications & Professional Capabilities

  • University degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience working in a luxury environment.
  • Planning and Project Management skills; related certification is a plus.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Client-centric mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Business awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
