Bulgari Italia is looking for a High-End Development Specialist to support the development of the High-End Business in Italy and Turkey. The position is based in Rome and reports to the HE Development Manager.
Main Accountabilities:
Business & Client Development Support
* Support in the regular analysis of High Jewelery/HE Watches business performance, both in terms of sales & client portfolio
* Collaborate with the CRM team to update and segment the High-End client database
* Support boutiques with client targeting for events & in-store activations, evaluating client potential
Sales Team Coordination
* Provide operational support to HJ/HEW Client Advisors in synergy with Store Managers for activations relating to HE Clients/Clients to be elevated to HE.
* Guide, monitor and collect feedback on client initiatives, ensuring that quality standards and client touchpoints are consistently maintained and enhanced, while maximizing the return on investment (ROI)
Event Planning & Execution
* Support the organization and logistics of local and international HE events in collaboration with the Marketing team (Client Itineraries, Client Planning, Coordination with Client Advisors).
* Coordinate the collection and management of HE client lists, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
* Coordinate with Accounting departments for all aspects relating to event administration
Reporting & KPIs
* Collect data on HJ/HEW performance (sales, clients, conversion rates, CRM activities) & prepare periodic reports.
* Monitor the effectiveness of commercial actions
Qualifications/Professional Capabilities
* 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (luxury retail, CRM, event management, clienteling). In-store experience will be considered a plus
* Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high level of accuracy
* Reporting analysis experience and planning
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools)
