Role Overview

The person sought, reporting to the IT Manager, will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:

1. Supporting the IT team in the systems area with regard to virtual infrastructure, networking, cloud services;
2. Managing the ticketing portal and providing support to internal users regarding company software, office package, Windows environment, and hardware;
3. Ensuring the operation of all workstations;
4. Normalising domain users;
5. Analyzing, verifying, and normalising the inventory of hardware and software devices;
6. Supporting the management of fixed/mobile telephones;
7. Supporting the management of rented printers, replacing toners, and other consumables.

Role Requirements

• Preferable IT background;
• Previous experience of at least 3 years as a Help Desk technician/System Integrator in medium-sized companies and/or system integrators;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment (client and server).
