Job Opportunity: IT Support Specialist

MAW Search And Selection, Milan Piazza Diaz, is seeking for a reputable company specialized in the production of molds for plastics. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage software and hardware issues remotely.
2. Handle problems related to IT devices.
3. Respond to client requests both onsite and remotely.
4. Level 1 Help Desk: Direct contact with users needing assistance.
5. Level 2 Help Desk: Receive issues and support their resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma as an IT technician or a degree in Computer Science.
• Good knowledge of Linux.
• Technical proficiency in English.
• Willingness to undergo continuous professional training.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, C/C++, etc.
