Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator
Hourly Rate: $23-$40(Based on Experience)
Location: Travel may be required

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and be willing to assist with general labor when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who values teamwork, precision, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dozers

• Perform grading, leveling, material transport, and other related tasks

• Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain clear communication with team members

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

• Assist with general site tasks including material unloading, cleanup, and preparation

• Hand dig with shovels, post hole diggers, and picks to locate or expose underground utilities

• Support other skilled tradespeople as needed

• Maintain job site safety and adhere to company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk or stand for 6–12 hours per day

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and climates

• Willing to travel and work out of town when required

• Strong judgment, responsibility, and communication skills

• Willingness to work as part of a team and support general labor tasks when needed

Compensation:

• $23/hour and up, based on experience and qualifications
