We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy-duty cranes and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate and maintain heavy-duty cranes according to industry and company standards.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Ensure safe lifting and moving of heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.
• Collaborate with the construction team to plan and execute lifting operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including rigging, load securing, and signal communication.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications :

• Valid heavy equipment operator’s license and certification for crane operation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy-duty cranes.
• Strong understanding of crane safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and lifting plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to undergo periodic safety training and certification updates.
