The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or biomedical technology and experience in technical service. Fluency in English and Italian is required. This position focuses on remote support, problem-solving and customer communication.

• You will support our customers with high quality through international technical support (mainly remote and by phone) for Angiography systems (with a focus on customers in Italy).
• You will recognize, understand and solve technical malfunctions of Angiography systems
• You will analyze technical defects with the help of the customer, service technician or application specialists on site and master both remote diagnosis and the use of databases
• You will carry out the qualified pre-diagnosis and select defined spare parts

Your expertise :

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering / biomedical technology.

Previous professional experience in the field of technical service / installation of Angiography systems.

Good English and Italian language knowledge.

Excellent communication skills.

Structured, proactive approach to solving customer problems.
