QuiCare cerca un Healthcare Project Manager per la gestione di progetti nel digitale sanitario e nelle comunicazioni con aziende farmaceutiche. Sarai responsabile del monitoraggio quotidiano e dei KPI per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.

In questa posizione è richiesto una laurea universitaria, fluente conoscenza dell’inglese e dell’italiano, nonché esperienza in progetti con metodologie Agile e Waterfall. Lavoro in sede e rapporto con fornitori e clienti.

Competenze

• Esperienza come Project Manager in contesti consulenziali, sanitario o digitale.
• Abilità nella redazione di documenti (report/presentazioni).
• Laurea universitaria in discipline affini.
• Fluente in inglese (minimo livello B2) e italiano come lingua richiesta.
• Conoscenza di metodologie Agile e Waterfall.
• Lavoro in sede.

Mansioni

• Gestire progetti nel loro insieme, design e pianificazione attività, rispetto delle scadenze.
• Coordinare il team e assegnare compiti, garantendo completamento nei tempi previsti.
• Interfacciarsi con referenti delle aziende farmaceutiche.
• Rispettare le timeline concordate con il cliente per i rilanci di progetto.
• Gestire e coordinare fornitori per progetti individuali.
• Redigere procedure e documentazione di progetto.
• Gestire costi di fornitori e servizi.
• Preparare report basati su KPI di progetto per uso interno ed esterno.

As a Healthcare Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of projects in digital health and communication with pharmaceutical companies, monitoring daily activities and KPIs to be achieved. You will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Manage projects in its entirety: design and planning of activities, verification of progress, strict adherence to delivery deadlines;
• Coordination of the work team, assign tasks and activities and ensure they are completed on schedule;
• Interfacing with referents of the pharmaceutical companies;
• Meet the timelines shared with the client for project releases;
• Manage and coordinate suppliers for individual projects;
• Draft procedures and documentation related to the projects;
• Manage provider and service costs;
• Prepare reports based on project KPIs, both for internal use and to share externally.

Requirements

• Prior experience as Project Manager in companies and/or istitutions in the consulting, heatlthcare and/or digital industries;
• Ability to prepare project documentation (reports and presentations);
• University degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering or related fields;
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level); Italian fluency is required;
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall metodology;
• Work on site
