World Courier in Milan (San Babila area) offers a Full-time Internship as a Project Manager Intern to gain hands-on experience in planning and coordinating healthcare and scientific events, while working with mentors.

You will support participant registrations, travel arrangements, and communications, liaising with faculty, attendees, suppliers, and stakeholders. English proficiency and willingness to travel are required, with exposure to international projects.

Formación

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning and coordination of scientific and educational events.
• Assist with participant registration management and communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and transfers.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to project teams.
• Liaise with faculty members, attendees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of event-related documentation and materials.
• Support project execution while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
