Medtronic in Italy is seeking a Logistics Analyst to help ensure availability of medical products through accurate inventory and efficient supply chain. You will monitor usage, manage replenishments, and support billing validation while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

You will engage in cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and data analysis to drive process improvements and operational excellence, contributing to life-changing healthcare technologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related operational environment.
• Experience monitoring inventory levels, replenishment activities, and inventory control processes.
• Experience performing inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or similar business systems.
• Ability to analyze operational and inventory data, perform billing-related checks, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Monitor the consumption of medical devices and track procedure activity to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability
• Place replenishment orders to maintain agreed inventory levels and support business requirements
• Manage inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory optimization activities
• Perform billing-related checks to ensure accurate transactions and compliance with established processes
• Conduct full and partial cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives
• Coordinate the flow of goods, services, and information to support customer and operational requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and drive process improvements
