Medtronic plc recherche un Consultant technique CRM pour les régions Triveneto, Émilie-Romagne et Marche. Vous fournirez un soutien technique lors des procédures d’implantation et de suivi, et soutiendrez les équipes commerciales et médicales.

Le poste nécessite une formation en ingénierie biomédicale, d’excellentes compétences en communication et une capacité à voyager à travers l’Italie. Une expérience en milieu médical est un plus, et la maîtrise de l’anglais est requise.

Vous dirigerez avec détermination en surmontant les obstacles à l’innovation dans un monde davantage connecté et compatissant.**Journée type**Medtronic is hiring a Technical Consultant for an open position within the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) Operating Unit, with responsibility for the Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions.In this role, you will have a crucial impact on patients by providing technical expertise and support to cardiologists, sales representatives, and sales and marketing teams. You will primarily support implantation and follow-up procedures, as well as product presentations and demonstrations, covering a portfolio that includes pacemakers, loop recorders, and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators.The person taking on the role of Technical Consultant, CRM will provide technical and specialist support in the operating room to ensure the proper use of Medtronic products within the assigned area, while also providing support across the Italian territory whenever required.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Provide implantation and follow-up support to physicians and nurses in the use of CRM products.* Provide technical expertise and product support to sales representatives, other commercial functions, and customers.* Participate in presentations, conferences, and meetings, supporting Sales colleagues in providing physicians with comprehensive information about our products and therapies, while building and maintaining strong professional relationships.* Support the training and technical development of physicians, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals involved in the use of Medtronic products.* Support post-marketing activities through Customer Relationship Management tools, including Salesforce Lightning and MMX.* Demonstrate strong commercial and communication skills, leveraging daily interactions with physicians and non-clinical healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive information on products, therapies, and related services.* Provide technical and specialist support upon physicians’ request, ensuring that all relevant clinical data and product information are communicated effectively to demonstrate the clinical efficacy and benefits of the products.**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific field.* Strong commitment to continuous technical and clinical learning.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.* Good written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level).* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and support physicians in identifying effective solutions to technical issues.* Team-oriented, with a strong commitment to living and promoting the Medtronic Mission both within and outside the organization.* Willingness and availability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and, when required, across Italy.* Previous experience in a healthcare environment is considered a plus.
