Join ALCIMED as a Junior Consultant in Innovation and Scientific Sectors

Founded in 1993, ALCIMED is a consultancy specializing in innovation and new business development across sectors such as life sciences (healthcare, biotech, agri-food), chemistry, cosmetics, materials, energy, aerospace, and defense. Our mission is to help private and public sector clients explore and develop new technologies, products, services, business models, and innovation management.

With a team of 220 professionals from top universities worldwide, many with dual backgrounds in science and business, and offices across Europe, the US, and Asia, we are expanding in Italy and seeking our next team member to support our activities.

Position: Junior Consultant

Sitting under the supervision of a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing end-to-end project delivery, from data collection to drafting and presenting recommendations.
2. Engaging with recent sector challenges and interacting with global opinion leaders to gather and test insights.
3. Working directly with clients, mainly R&D, Marketing, or Innovation Directors from leading pharmaceutical and biotech groups, to build and maintain professional relationships.
4. Receiving training on our methodologies and benefiting from ALCIMED's extensive experience.

Your profile:

1. Master's or PhD in economics, engineering, or other scientific fields.
2. Recent graduate or with less than 3 years of experience.
3. Excellent English skills.
4. Residing in Milan.
5. Passionate about Healthcare, Marketing, new technologies, startups, and innovation.
6. International experiences are appreciated.
7. Personal skills: curiosity, open-mindedness, ambition, interpersonal skills, rigor, teamwork, eagerness to contribute to a growing company.
