Overview

HEALTHCARE ADVISOR PEDIATRICS – South Puglia (Lecce) for Danone. For our Specialized Nutrition we are looking for a Healthcare Nutrition Advisor Pediatrics. During this experience, you will be part of a dynamic team, gain visibility across various company areas, and actively contribute to your team’s results.

You will be responsible for the proper presentation of the Mellin, Aptamil, and Nutricia product portfolio (in the pediatric field) to key healthcare professionals (e.g., general pediatricians, hospital pediatricians, neonatologists, pediatric allergists, and pediatric gastroenterologists) within the assigned geographical area, in full compliance with our policies and Compliance guidelines.

Specifically, you will be in charge of

• Understanding the needs of medical personnel in the assigned area to tailor communication about the products and services offered, in full compliance with our policies and Compliance guidelines;
• Identifying and defining priorities based on opportunities revealed through accurate segmentation of medical personnel and key stakeholders, to implement a focused action plan based on specific needs;
• Supporting the Regional Business Manager in identifying special opportunities and projects to be developed in collaboration with relevant KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).

About you

To successfully achieve the objectives of this role, we believe the following are essential

• Solid background preferably in the same field, a degree in scientific disciplines would be a plus (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Dietetics).
• Previous experience in scientific information within the healthcare or clinical nutrition sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong results orientation and ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good technical and scientific knowledge of the products.
