Within the design office, your main mission will be as follows:

On-site Follow-up

• Support our subcontractor in continuously improving, complying with our HSE and contractual rules.
• Be proactive and suggest improvements.
• Observe and discuss unsafe situations (be flexible and provide solutions for "acceptable" risks, while being firm and corrective for "unacceptable" risks or deliberate rule deviations).
• Daily interface with our subcontractor Rosetti Marino.
• Prepare and draft documents (reporting, coordination updates, communication materials).
• Monitor HSE events (reporting and follow-up).
• Maintain contact with the client on-site (Safety Tour).
• Capitalize on Lessons Learned (REX) for the project and future operations.

Induction, Awareness & Training

• Provide support in drafting RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement) if necessary.
• Conduct occasional remote HSE assignments (from Italy).

Profile

• Hands-on field experience (experience in scaffolding and lifting is a plus).
• First experience on a construction site (BTP or other industry) is appreciated.
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
