A leading technology firm in Milan seeks a Health, Safety & Environment Specialist to manage safety systems across the Milan and Turin offices. Responsibilities include updating risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with suppliers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and holds a degree in engineering or a related field. Strong language skills in Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in the role of ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione).
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Mansioni

• Manage safety management systems for the Milan and Turin offices.
• Update the risk assessment document.
• Manage compliance with D. Lgs. 81 / 08.
• Define mandatory training.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001 compliant)

Knowledge of environmental standards (ISO 14001)

Fluent in English (minimum B2)

Team player

Job Description

What will you take care of?

As a Health, Safety & Environment Specialist, you will manage the safety management systems for the Milan and Turin offices.

In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities :

1. Updating the risk assessment document
2. Managing compliance with D. Lgs. 81 / 08 using specific tools / database
3. Managing suppliers and contractors
4. Defining mandatory training
5. Managing occupational medicine
6. Managing accidents
7. Managing waste

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

• Education: Engineering (environment, civil, safety or equivalent) or a related scientific degree (chemistry, biology, etc.)
• Languages: Italian (native) and fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Experience and know-how: At least 1 year of experience in the role of ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione); knowledge of Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001 compliant) and environmental standards (ISO 14001)
• Personality: Team player, able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners
