Theyprovide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of fire systems. As a HSEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting client data, ensuringquality, and supporting data-related requests or reporting needs.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing and maintaining technician compliance profiles and induction records.
• Keeping records of inductions, accreditations, and training updates within internal systems.
• Coordinating the distribution and tracking of internal induction processes.
• Supporting the maintenance of subcontractor prequalification records.
• Managing the HSEQ inbox handling both internal and external compliance and document requests.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and updating HSEQ documentation, ensuring version control and tracking review schedules.
• Responding to document requests, including SWMS, work authorizations, and compliance forms.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely access to and distribution of required compliance documents.
