A leading consultancy seeks Health Governance and Policy Reform Advisors for a new FWC contract. The role involves developing governance frameworks, engaging stakeholders, and advising on health-related reforms in EU Member States. Applicants should have a degree in public health or governance and extensive experience in policy reform.

About the Opportunity :

We are creating a pool of

Health Governance and Policy Reform Advisors

for a new FWC Contract :

EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State.

Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities : Propose a governance framework for health workforce planning in line with EU and international benchmarks. Deliver recommendations on institutional coordination, data governance, and stakeholder engagement. Support inter-sectoral dialogue and alignment with public administration and education ministries. Contribute to strategic reform documents and policy roadmaps.

Qualifications : Degree in public health, public administration, or governance. 8+ years’ experience in governance reform, particularly in health or social policy sectors. Experience advising ministries or working with inter-institutional platforms. Proven ability to work with complex stakeholder landscapes.
