Abbott Nutrition Italy is looking for aHEMA Leadto drive access and reimbursement strategies that ensure our cutting-edge nutrition products reach the people who need them most.

Your Mission

As theHEMA Lead, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing ourmarket access and reimbursement strategy. Your work will directly impact how our products are perceived, adopted, and funded across national and regional healthcare systems.

You’ll be the voice of value – translating clinical and economic evidence into compelling narratives for policymakers, payers, patient associations, and healthcare providers.

What You’ll Do

• Design and leadlocal market access strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and expanda strong network of market access stakeholders across Italy
• Develop and implementengagement plans for patient advocacy groups and decision-makers
• Generate and communicatehealth-economic evidence to support reimbursement and policy decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionallywith Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Government Affairs teams
• Anticipate and influencetendering and contracting opportunities
• Support HEOR activitiesin coordination with EMEA and global teams
• Drive strategic initiativesto position Abbott Nutrition as a leader in value-based healthcare

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Economics, Science or related field
• Master’s in Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or Health Policy
• 5+ yearsin Market Access roles, plus5+ yearsin commercial functions
• Proven experience inhealth economics projects, tender-based environments, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding ofevidence-based medicine, clinical study design, and reimbursement dynamics
• Excellentnegotiation, communication, and relationship-buildingskills
• Fluent in English and available to travel up to 50%
