We are a leading audio OTT platform in India and the US, with a vast collection of OTT shows, podcasts, and audiobooks in multiple genres and languages. Recently launched in the UK and Germany, with plans for France and Italy, we aim to transform traditional radio into an internet-scale platform for storytelling and knowledge sharing.

The role involves partnering with top storytellers, collaborating with creative teams, writers, data analysts, and producers to create immersive scripted stories across genres. The ideal candidate combines a passion for entertainment and storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define content strategies and playbooks. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing creative team, overseeing scripted content development and ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
• Creative Oversight & Execution: Lead production from pitch to release, review scripts, and build relationships with writers and agents to source new projects.
• Collaboration with Business & Data Teams: Analyze audience data and market trends to inform content strategy, adjusting stories based on insights.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Lead content creation experiments, explore new formats and genres, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Content Performance & Optimization: Monitor series performance, implement improvements, and manage content costs efficiently.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles like Creative Director or Head Writer, with experience in scripted content (podcasts, audio series, TV, film).
• Proven team management and coaching skills.
• Ability to interpret data to guide creative decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep industry knowledge and passion for innovation and storytelling.

Location: Remote in Europe, with monthly trips to Italy or London. Language proficiency in Italian and English required.
