As a Chef de Rang at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, you will be part of a team that shapes the culinary experience of our guests. In this role, you will master the art of delivering exceptional service and gastronomic and beverage experiences. Report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Providing exceptional and personalized service.
2. Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring accommodation of special dietary requirements or requests, and providing menu recommendations.
3. Offering comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, including food ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
4. Processing guest bills accurately and efficiently, ensuring charges are properly recorded and payments are handled securely.

Requirements:

1. Experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
3. Strong communication skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members.
