Job Description – Head Project Execution Team

Position Summary: Manage and lead the Engineering department and Project Management department. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and improve the Project Management Framework, Governance, and Review Structure.
2. Ensure achievement of Budgeted Financial Parameters.
3. Implement efficient work processes for Procurement, Contracts, and Project Execution.
4. Monitor and control project status with respect to Time, Cost, and Quality.
5. Support Project Managers to ensure proper project execution according to company standards and provide technical support in case of claims and deviations.
6. Ensure compliance with company regulations.
7. People management, training & development, and initiation of new projects.
8. Track schedules to ensure parts of the projects are executed completely and on time. Prioritize and manage work hours to support budgeted hours and scheduled due dates. Mitigate engineering issues to ensure on-time placement of purchase orders without subsequent delays.
9. Prepare necessary documentation for the installation process.

Experience:

Experience required in implementing and executing large projects in leadership roles, with strong organizational development and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Assertive, alert, instinctive, with an innate ability to detect risks. Demonstrates ability to manage own time, be creative with problem-solving, and solutions-oriented.

Required Training Background:

Bachelor's and University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Fluent in English and Italian. Knowledge of CAD, Inventor, or NX tools.
