Alpitronic is seeking a Manager of Testing & Verification to lead a team of engineers in Bolzano, Italy. You will ensure compliance through robust and efficient testing methodologies for innovative e-mobility projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience, particularly in the fields of charging infrastructure or power electronics.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from €74,000 to €110,000, including a variable bonus.

Competenze

• Strong technical expertise in Testing and Verification processes.
• Hands-on experience with the V-Model methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in technical environments.

Mansioni

• Lead a team responsible for system-level verification of new products.
• Define and drive the overall Verification & Validation strategy.
• Oversee execution of verification plans ensuring traceability.
