Hiring : Head of Support – Must Be an Experienced Trader

Full-Time | Remote | Prop Trading Firm | Immediate Start We’re looking for a Support Operations Manager who is first and foremost a trader — someone who lives and breathes markets, understands prop firm logic, and can confidently lead a team while making real-time decisions based on trading data. If you’re the person everyone goes to when a trading issue needs solving — this is your position. Your Role : You’ll be responsible for leading and optimizing our 15-person support team, overseeing challenge verifications, payout eligibility checks, trade dispute handling, and more. This is not a passive support job — you will be the trading brain behind our customer success engine. What You Need to Bring : Advanced knowledge of trading (Forex / CFDs / Crypto) Strong understanding of prop firm structure (challenges, funding models, etc.) Experience using or managing MetaTrader (MT4 / MT5) platforms Ability to evaluate trade histories, verify account breaches, and explain decisions Leadership experience (ideally led support or ops teams before) Fluent in English, excellent written communication High stress tolerance and proactive mindset — you step in, not back, when things go wrong Key Responsibilities : Lead and coach a support team of 15+ agents and assistants Review trader accounts and confirm challenge results accurately Investigate and resolve disputes, trading errors, or breaches Troubleshoot issues related to MetaTrader and internal platforms Prevent and respond to chargebacks, escalations, and critical support tickets Build and improve support processes and documentation Coordinate with tech team during downtimes, updates, or migrations What We Offer : Full remote flexibility Competitive pay + performance-based bonuses Freedom to build your department your way Opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-rising prop firms in the industry A team that actually listens and backs you to lead
