Primary responsibility of the role is to provide ongoing strategic support to the Country Head Italy and the leadership team, as well as to independently lead projects across various areas, especially acting as a liaison between business operations and the full Italian organization. This position is instrumental in facilitating decision-making processes, streamlining communication channels, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Country Head's office and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, coordinating activities across departments to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic goals.
  2. Monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.
  3. Supporting the Country Head's office tasks and other ad hoc strategic projects as needed.
  4. Understanding business needs and supporting the effectiveness of the Field Force organization.
  5. Managing relationships with suppliers and third parties for business-critical interactions.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Ability to gain senior stakeholder buy-in through impactful communication, public speaking, and effective presentations.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
  • Strong and proven project management skills; certification in Six Sigma or Lean Strategies is desired.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and agility in streamlining data for decision-making.
  • Attention to quality, compliance, and legal obligations.
  • Adaptability and ability to re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
