Nautilus is a bilingual Montessori school 0-6, just 1h drive from Venice, born in a corporate environment to support children of working parents. We're looking for an experienced Head of School to join our team, a leader who shares our values and passion for the Montessori education and has the leadership skills required to attract and retain great staff, build a strong parent community, and ensure the highest standards of educational experience for every child.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of professional experience in education
• School leadership / Management education
• AMI or other Montessori certification
• English language proficiency (and ideally also Italian)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and growth mindset
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate through a rapidly changing environment
