Our client, a leading international asset management firm with significant European operations, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead their Italian market expansion. This is a senior leadership role combining both sales responsibility across Italy and branch management duties for Luxembourg products distributed in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration across the Italian institutional market
  • Lead and develop sales strategy for Italy, targeting pension funds, insurance companies, and institutional investors
  • Manage branch operations for Luxembourg-domiciled products within the Italian market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Italian financial institutions including banks, asset managers, and distributors
  • Collaborate with European distribution teams to ensure consistent regional strategy
  • Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings across Italy
  • Report on market developments and competitive landscape to senior management

Requirements:
