As their Italy Head of Sales / Director, you will lead the country launch and rapid commercial growth in the Italian (and Spanish) market. What Skills We’re Looking For

  • Proven Commercial Leadership : A builder; hands on FMCG business development experience, ideally in convenience categories such as snacks, beverage, or ready meals.
  • Strong Italian Network : Established relationships with major retailers, and food service providers across the Italian (and ideally also Spanish) market.
  • Brand Launch Expertise : Demonstrated success in launching or scaling new brands or categories in competitive markets, with a strong focus on new business development.

  • Entrepreneurial and results-focused with a hands-on approach to building new business opportunities.
  • Agile and resilient, able to navigate ambiguity and execute swiftly in a start-up environment.
