A leading BESS components company is seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead their operations in the Italian market. This role involves defining commercial strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth in a dynamic sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the photovoltaic industry and strong leadership skills.

Competenze

  • At least 7-10 years of commercial experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably focused on modules.
  • Solid knowledge of the Italian BESS market and supply chain.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Position Available : Head of Sales for Leading BESS Components Company

Responsibilities :

  • Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market, aligning with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on EPCs, developers, and distributors.
  • Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments, providing analysis and reports to management.

Requirements :

  • Degree in technical, economic disciplines, or equivalent; engineering background is a plus.
  • At least 7-10 years of commercial experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably with a focus on modules.
  • Solid knowledge of the Italian BESS market and the supply chain (EPCs, developers, installers, distributors).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
